Insurance Information
Our staff is happy to offer professional assistance in filing your insurance. Dr. Yepuri participates with most major insurance plans including Aetna, Blue Cross, United Healthcare, CIGNA, Medicare as well as many other preferred provider insurance plans.
Your insurance coverage is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Some procedures require pre-authorization. Please check with your insurance company to see if you will need to acquire a pre-certification for your procedure.

What You’ll Need for Your Office Visit
We want to make your office visit a hassle-free and pleasant experience. For new patients, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the New Patient Registration forms. This will simplify the check-in process. Also, please make sure to bring the following information:
- Insurance card
- Driver’s license
- List of current medications
Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment and have a means of covering your financial portion as determined by your insurance plan. If you will be paying by credit card, we accept Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, and Discover.
Procedures
In preparation for procedures at the Digestive Health Center of Bedford, Dr. Yepuri has created prep forms in PDF format that can be downloaded or printed by selecting the form indicated by his office for your procedure.
The procedural prep forms will give you a detailed description of what you need to do during the 24-hour period before the procedure. Please use these forms as a guide, and contact Dr. Yepuri's office at 817-267-8470 with any questions.
